CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage.

Trading conditions

Conditions that hold up when the market doesn't.

Market execution, no dealing desk and no re-quotes. Spreads, commission, leverage and stop-out rules are published here and enforced in the terminal — not negotiated after the fact.

Conditions apply to the global entity and vary by account type, instrument and residency. The exact schedule is shown in your portal.

Execution

Market execution. No dealer intervention.

Orders are routed to liquidity providers and filled at the best available price. We do not take the other side of your trade, requote you, or hold an order to manage our own book.

Sub-100ms fills

99% of market orders are filled in under 100 milliseconds in normal liquidity. Speed is measured from receipt at our gateway to confirmation.

Median, not a guarantee

No re-quotes

A market order is filled or partially filled at the next available price. We do not send a new price for you to accept or reject.

Market execution

Partial fills are possible

Large orders may fill across several liquidity providers at slightly different prices. The average fill price is shown on the ticket.

Depth-dependent

Slippage cuts both ways

Stops and market orders can fill below or above the requested price during gaps and news. Positive slippage is passed through, not retained.

Both directions

News trading allowed

There is no restriction on trading around releases. Spreads widen with the market and stops may slip; size positions accordingly.

No dealing desk

Hedging supported

Hold long and short positions on the same symbol at once. Margin is charged on the larger side, not both.

Netting off

What execution does not promise

A fill at your exact price is not guaranteed. Stops are market instructions, not guaranteed stops. In fast markets the executed price can differ materially from the requested level — that is the nature of a market, and it is why negative balance protection exists.

Pricing

Two ways to pay. One transparent total.

Standard, Micro and KIWAMI price everything into the spread. Zero separates the raw spread from a fixed commission. The all-in cost on a round turn is what matters.

AccountSpread on EURUSDCommission (round turn)All-in per 1.0 lotBest for
Standard1.0 pip$0≈ $10.00One simple cost
Micro1.0 pip$0≈ $10.00 per lot (0.001 units available)Small size

KIWAMI0.8 pips$0≈ $8.00Active trading

Illustrative EURUSD pricing during the London session. Spreads are variable; the figures exclude swap and assume a 1.0 standard lot.

Spreads are variable

Liquidity, volatility and session determine the spread. The terminal shows the live spread and the estimated commission before you confirm an order.

No deposit or withdrawal fees

Candle Key does not charge for funding. Payment providers may apply their own conversion or intermediary fees, which are shown before confirmation.

No inactivity fee

Accounts are not charged for being idle. Open positions continue to accrue swap, which is a market cost rather than an account fee.

Leverage & margin

Leverage is a tool, not a target.

Negative balance

A worked margin call

You open 1 lot of EURUSD at 1.1200 with 1:1000 leverage. Notional $112,000, margin required $112. The account holds $500, so margin level is 446%.

Balance$500.00
Used margin$112.00
Free margin$388.00
Margin level446%
Loss to reach 100%≈ $388 (34.6 pips)
Loss to reach 50%≈ $444 (39.6 pips)

At 50% the platform begins closing the largest losing positions. Gaps can jump past the stop-out level; negative balance protection covers the shortfall on retail accounts.

Swaps

The cost of holding overnight.

When swap is charged

Every day at 00:00 server time (03:00 IST) on positions still open. Wednesday carries triple swap to cover the weekend settlement cycle.

How it is calculated

Based on the interest-rate differential between the two currencies, the position size and the broker markup. Long and short rates are shown in the contract specification.

Swap-free accounts

Available to eligible residents on request. An administration fee may replace the swap on selected instruments after a grace period; the schedule is disclosed before activation.

Pending orders are held on the server. They can be modified or cancelled from any platform until triggered.

Stops are not guaranteed

A stop-loss becomes a market order when triggered. In a gap or a thin book it fills at the next available price, which may be worse than the level you set.

Expiry and validity

Choose GTC, day, or a specific date and time when placing a pending order. Day orders expire at the end of the trading session; GTC orders remain until cancelled.

FAQ

The questions that matter before you trade.

Is Candle Key a dealing desk?

No. We operate a market-execution model: client orders are routed to liquidity providers and we do not take the opposite side of client trades. Our revenue comes from spread markup and commission, not from client losses.

Can my stop-loss slip?

Yes. A stop-loss is an instruction to close at the next available price, not a guaranteed price. Gaps, news and thin liquidity can produce slippage in either direction. Negative balance protection caps the worst case at your account balance.

What happens at the stop-out level?

When margin level falls to 50%, the platform closes the largest losing positions first until margin level recovers. You are notified at 100%. The exact behaviour is visible in the terminal’s margin indicators.

Can I lose more than I deposited?

On retail accounts, no. Negative balance protection resets the account to zero if a gap exhausts the balance. This does not apply to professional-classified accounts, where a deficit can remain payable.

Do you allow scalping and EAs?

Yes, on every account type. There is no minimum holding period and no restriction on Expert Advisors or algorithmic trading. Latency-sensitive strategies should use a VPS close to the execution venue.

Are leverage limits the same for everyone?

No. Leverage depends on the entity, your residency, the instrument and account equity. Some jurisdictions cap retail leverage at 1:30 or lower; the portal shows the maximum available to your profile.
